We Help Each Other Become Better Leaders

DID YOU KNOW? Fewer than 1% of CEOs participate in CEO peer advisory groups.

Monthly Meetings. Each meeting includes a host review presented by one of the members, plus processing of issues that are brought to the group’s attention, break-out sessions, accountability discussions, and connectivity.

Host Reviews. On a rotating basis, each group member presents his or her organization for evaluation and feedback about how to improve their competitive advantage. All members benefit from going inside a peer business to compare, contrast, and critique case-study evaluations which they can draw from and use in their own businesses.

Guest Speakers. Throughout the year, Vistage-approved guest speakers spend the afternoon presenting topics and strategies relevant to leadership development, operations management, and business growth. Each speaker session typically includes interactive breakout sessions that allow members to participate fully in the discussion.

Issue Processing. At every meeting members exchange varied experiences and perspectives as the group works together to resolve specific issues and discuss how to make better decisions.

One-to-Ones. Each members meets one-to-one with the Chair for a 90-minute consultation of executive accountability. What’s getting in your way? What’s the biggest opportunity you’re facing right now? What should we talking about today to get you the most value?

Tiger Teams. Your Vistage “group within the group” when you need to tackle critical concerns. Each members select 5 or 6 fellow members to meet offsite for a deep dive into an emergency issue or opportunity that needs immediate attention.

Strong Group Connection. The influence of a strong peer group happens monthly and includes an annual 3-day retreat when your group gets together with spouses and significant others on a personal level of mutual support and for an awards dinner.
